ingredients:
- cod 350g
- tomato 400-450g
- leeks 1
Spice:
- Ginger 2-3 slices
- Chilli 1(If you do not like chilli, it is not necessary)
- Vegetable stock 1
- Salt 1/2 tsp
Mince the ginger and chilli
Fry them in oil in a pot on medium heat
While ginger and chilli are frying, cut fish and leeks to about 1cm thick slices and tomato into pieces and boil 1 litre of water
When ginger is slightly brown, add the tomato and cook for 1 minute on high heat
Pour in 5dl boiled water and vegetable broth and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes
Add leeks and 1/2 teaspoon salt and cook for 1 min
Place the fish in the soup, turn off the heat and let the soup rest for 2-3 minutes before serving

Tips:
- The fish do not need to cook long, so they melt on the tongue
- If the fish is already salted, there is no need for salt at all
- Cod may well be replaced with other fish such as salmon, trout, tuna, mackerel, flounder etc.
