Most foods here are more Chinese food like but with the ingredients that I can buy from local stores and sometimes still follow my mood and what I can find in my fridge. You will find my food is often low carb because rice makes me stomach aches (Yes, I’m a Chinese and no problem to survive in China.) and flexible vegetarian – that means a 100-150g biff chop mix together with vegetables is enough for 2 people. I normally like to make one meat or fish dish together with one vegetable dish. You can eat side with rice or noodle, or if you are in low carb diet, just these 2 are good enough.
