BBQ meat on the stick


  • Flatbiff                                                           350g


  • salt                                                                    1tsp
  • Spiscumin                                                     1tbsp
  • pepper                                                            1 tsp
  • Soy sauce                                                      1tbsp
  • Oysters sauce                                             2tbsp
  • oil                                                                       1tbsp

When cutting the meat into thin slices, cutting across the meat fibers, it makes the meat more tender

salt the meat 

Mix 1 tbsp of cumin, 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, 1 tbsp of soy sauce and 1 tbsp of oil in the meat, let it stand for half an hour or longer if you have time

Fix the meat on sticks


Enjoying (I like chilli so I sprinkle chilli on the meat while I griller them)
