Steamed egg with prawns and vegetables

ingredients:

  • Egg                                                   2
  • Prawn                                             2
  • Aroma mushrooms                1
  • Corn                                                some

Spice:

  • Soy sauce                                       1/2  tbsp
  • Water                                               2 tbsp
  • Spring onions                               some to garnish

Boil some water in a large pot

Whisk egg in a bowl with 1/2 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp water, cut mushrooms and spring onions into thin slices

Steam egg in the pot with lid on for 8 minutes on medium heat

Add shrimp, mushrooms and corn on top of the egg

Steam them with the lid on for 5 minutes on low heat

Garnish with spring onion. Done!
