Curry chicken

ingredients:

  • Chicken leg filet                  600 g
  • Potatoes                                 1 large / 2 small
  • Onion                                       1

Spice:

  • Curry                                       1 tbsp
  • garlic                                       1
  • Coconut milk                      3dl
  • Chili                                         1

Cut chicken, onion and potato to cubs, chili and garlic to slices

Fry garlic and chilli in oil for about 1 minute

Mix in chicken and fry for 2 minutes

Mix in the potato and curry and mix well

Pour into the coconut milk and cook over medium heat for about 10 min

Add onion and cook for about 2 minutes
