- Chicken 1 whole
Spice:
- Ginger 6 slices
- Spring onions 2
- garlic 1
- Balsamico 3 tbsp
- Soy sauce 4 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tbsp
- Sesame 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil 2 tbsp (can be replaced with olive oil)
- Chilli 1 tbsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Star anise some
- Cinnamon 1 tsp
- Whisky 2 tbsp
Boil whole chicken with 2 tbsp of whisky, 3 slices ginger, 1 cut spring onion and 1 tsp salt in water on medium heat for 20 minutes (chicken is already very tasty till now)
Fry3 slices ginger, star anise, cinnamon stick and chopped garlic and onions in about 6 tbsp oil on medium high heat until browned. Then remove the spices
Take 1 tbsp chilli, 1 tsp pepper and 1 tbsp Sesame in a bowl and pour the hot oil from the spice mixture. Mix and let stand for 1 min
Mix in 4 tbsp soy sauce, 3 tbsp balsamic, 2 tbsp seameolje and 4 tbsp soup from chicken
Pour the sauce on the pulled chicken!
