ingredients:
- Oyster
Spice:
- garlic some
- Spring onions some
- Chilli some
- Whiskey or white wine some
I bought 3 oysters
Fry fine chopped garlic in oil in a pan until they are golden
Finely chop the spring onions and chilli
Add spring onions, chilli and lightly browned garlic on top of oysters, pour about 1/4 teaspoon of whisky or 1/2 teaspoon white wine on each oyster
Grill and NAM !!!!
Tips:
- If you’re like me, an unprofessional oyster opener, put them in 200 degrees oven for about 2 minutes, then it becomes much easier
- If grill in oven instead of grilling: 200 degrees under heat for about 10 min
- Need not chilli if you do not like strong flavours
