ingredients:

• Radish                                    150g

Spice:

• Large brown candy         15g
• Salt                                           0,5 tsp
• White balsamic                 20g
• Chilli                                        1

Wash redikk, cut-outs in, but not cut through

You can add redikk between 2 knives

Add a clean pot

Finely chop the chilli and mix in glass

Hel in candy, salt and balsamic

Shake well and let it stand for about 1 hours, shaking occasionally
