I got a fish that have just been fished out from the sea
I divided the fish into 3 parts and used the middle for a fish soup
Cut three openings on the fish but not through, cut tofu into cubes, scallions and ginger into thin slices, at the same time cook up hot water
Brown fish in oil on both sides
Pour in boiling water that covers the fish, add the ginger and scallions and cook for 10 minutes
Mix in the tofu and let it boil for 5 minutes, here you can feel free to use 1 cube of vegetable broth.
