Fried rice with prawns, egg and vegetables

ingredients:

  • Boiled rice                               about 200g
  • Prawn                                         6-7
  • egg                                               3
  • Corn                                            about 160g
  • paprika                                       1/2
  • Champion                                 2
  • Spring onions                          1

Spice:

  • Salt                                                1 tsp

Beat the eggs with 1/2 teaspoon salt and mix very well with rice together in a bowl. Cut prawns, bell peppers, mushrooms and scallions into small pieces

Warm up about 5 tablespoons oil in a frying pan and pour in egg and rice mix and cook for about 2 minutes on high heat

Blend in bell peppers, mushrooms, corn and 1/2 teaspoon salt and fry for 2 minutes

Add prawns and fry for about 10 seconds

Garnish with green onions, finished!
