Fry cauliflower

ingredients:

  • Cauliflower                      300-350g

Spice:

  • Chilli                                     1
  • garlic                                    1
  • Salt                                        1 teaspoon

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces, chilli and garlic into slices (if cauliflower pieces are smaller, required less time to cook)

Cook chilli, garlic and cauliflower in 2tbsp oil on medium heat until the cauliflower is slightly brown

Mix in 1 teaspoon salt and 1dl water, roast 1 min again

Done!
