Fried minced meat with tomato and chilli


  • Minced meat                          250g
  • tomato                                       2
  • Chilli                                            2


  • Spring onions                         1
  • ginger                                         1
  • garlic                                          1


Mince the garlic, ginger and spring onion, mix ginger pieces into minced meat with 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tablespoon oilIMG_1268

Cut the tomato and chilli into larger chunksIMG_1269

Cook garlic in preheated oilIMG_1270

Brown minced meat in the panIMG_1272

Mix in chilli and cook for 1 minIMG_1274

Mix in the tomato and cook for 2minIMG_1275

Finally, mix in 1 teaspoon salt and scallionsIMG_1277



  • If you can stand strong chilli, use more chilli.
  • If you do not like chilli, you can avoid to eat them after dish is done.
