- Minced meat 250g
- tomato 2
- Chilli 2
- Spring onions 1
- ginger 1
- garlic 1
Mince the garlic, ginger and spring onion, mix ginger pieces into minced meat with 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tablespoon oil
Cut the tomato and chilli into larger chunks
Cook garlic in preheated oil
Brown minced meat in the pan
Mix in chilli and cook for 1 min
Mix in the tomato and cook for 2min
Finally, mix in 1 teaspoon salt and scallions
- If you can stand strong chilli, use more chilli.
- If you do not like chilli, you can avoid to eat them after dish is done.
