Fried tomato and egg


  • egg                                        2
  • Tomato                               1 beef tomato / 2 regular tomatoes


  • scallions                             1
  • garlic                                    1/2
  • Salt                                        1/2 tsp

Beat the eggs well with 2tbsp water, cut tomatoes into large chunks, finely chop the garlic and scallions

Cook eggs in preheated pan with oil until slightly brown

Mix in tomato and garlic and cook for 1 min

Finally stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt and scallions


  • If you do not like tomato skins, you can do like this before you cut it into pieces
  • Add tomato in a bowl of boiled water for half min
  •  The shell will go easily off now
