ingredients:
- eggplant
- half onion
Spice:
- Garlic
- oil 2tbsp
- Soy sauce 1tbsp
Fine chop garlic and mix with oil and soy sauce.
Wash eggplant and cut a crack on the long side. But don’t cut it totally open
Warm eggplant in microwave on full (800W) for 4 minutes. Remove and open from the crack you made, poke holes with a fork inside of the eggplant
While eggplant is in micro, cut a half onion into small pieces and mix well with the sauce mixture
Add mixture onto the eggplant and place in microwave for 4 minutes
Done!
