ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
Spice:
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 1 chilli with desired strong scale
- 3 tbsp soy sauce + 3 tbsp balsamic
- coriander
Cut cucumber into small cubes
Chop the coriander, chili and garlic
Mix sugar in sauce (sugar is not must)
Fry garlic and chilli in oil on medium low heat until garlic turns golden
Pour oil with garlic, chilli and sauce mixture over the cucumber. Mmix well
Add with coriander to finish.
tips:
- Are you fond of balsamic? please add a few extra spoons.
- It’s also possible to use the garlic and chilli completely raw.
- Same sauce can be used for other cold dishes.
