- Chicken legs 600g

- Cola 1can-1bottle
- Ginger 5 slices
- scallions 2
- Vegetable buljong 1 (crush into powder)
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
Put the chicken in boiling water and let it boil for 2 minutes. Then, take out of the water
Brown the chicken in a frying pan on medium heat (make sure the skin is not scorching on the bottom of the pan)
Pour coca-cola, salt, soy sauce, buljong, ginger and scallions into the pan. Let it simmer until the sauce thickens

tips:
- Soy sauce is just for the color to become browner, if you do not like the taste of soy sauce, use 1/2 teaspoon extra salt instead.
